Why We Built Rated Reviews
We've worked with hundreds of Australian local businesses, and the same story kept coming up: a brilliant tradie, a fantastic café, a top-notch physio — all losing customers to competitors with more reviews, even though their service was better.
The existing tools were either built for big US companies, too expensive, too complicated, or all three. There was nothing designed from the ground up for Aussie local business owners — people who are time-poor, not tech-savvy, and just want something that works.
